A workshop with Lyn Clifton at the Vital Years Conference
We will work with fibres/ fabrics and plants to experience colour and its effects on the internal and external atmosphere of the young child, and how colour offers the possibility for maintaining archetypes of health provided in the Early Childhood setting.
Through natural dyeing and mantles of care, we will have the opportunity to experience the living substance in the plants, fibres and colours. We can use these in spaces, as clothing and in self-care to transform movement towards harmony and peace. Qualities that are gentle on the growing etheric body and require nurturing in our times.
Silk cloths will be available for purchase or please bring a light weight, white play cloth to participate in the natural dyeing.
