A morning of care and renewal for adults, especially educators and parents.

Retreat practitioners invite you to this morning once a term to support rebuild your forces. In May we share in observations of nature, creative writing and mantles of care such as face cloths, handbaths or footbaths. A light refreshment will also be provided.
